Goal Review Session
A goal review session is your opportunity to not only figure out your goals, but to actually discuss them, write them down, and to have someone else on your side to help hold you accountable to those goals.
A 15-minute goal review session can be scheduled every 3 months for each OEVFITNESS Athlete.
